Important note
This forecast is experimental and is still under-going changes so should not be used to protect life and/or property nor should it be relied upon for planning purposes. This service may be withdrawn without notice.

This automated forecast was produced using data from my weather station, METARs, FSU buoys, SYNOPs, GFS model data, GFS for advection, RAOBs, ozone data and WxSIM forecasting software.

As can be seen by the above paragraph a weather forecast is created correlating data from many sources and a wide area. An additional complication for places like Menstrie is its sheltered position situated as it is at the foot of the Ochil Hills. Any weather to the north will have a reduced effect and is difficult to model with an automated system so please bear this in mind when reading the forecast. Also remember that any forecast beyond 2-3 days may be no more than 'educated guesswork'.
