This automated forecast was produced using data from my weather station, METARs, FSU buoys, SYNOPs, GFS model data, GFS for advection, RAOBs, ozone data and WxSIM forecasting software.

As can be seen by the above paragraph a weather forecast is created correlating data from many sources and a wide area. An additional complication for places like Menstrie is its sheltered position situated as it is at the base of the Ochil Hills. Any weather to the north will have a reduced effect and is difficult to model with an automated system so please bear this in mind when reading the forecast.
